Every piece is made by hand, to order — here's how it travels from clay to your home.
Almost everything in the shop is made to order, one of a kind. The usual turnaround is 2–3 weeks: shaping, drying, two firings and hand-painting. Need it for a date? Message early and we'll do our best.
Free delivery across Tel Aviv. Anywhere in Israel — by courier or post (cost depends on weight and address, usually 25–45 ₪). You're also welcome to collect from the studio in Ramat Gan, Arlozorov 8.
Ceramics are fragile, so every piece is carefully wrapped and well padded. Breakage in transit is very rare, but if anything arrives damaged we'll sort it out right away (see below).
Orders are taken on Instagram @ceramic_pot_station — tell us which piece you love and we'll agree the details, colour and timing. Payment by transfer (Bit / bank transfer) or cash on pickup.
Pieces with real gold are hand-wash only — no microwave or dishwasher. The rest are also best washed gently by hand, so the hand-painting lasts. Vases suit both fresh and dried flowers.
Because pieces are made to order and one of a kind, change-of-mind exchanges usually aren't possible. But if something arrives broken or faulty, send a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it or refund you.
